Editorial policies

Editorial Policy

FoundSchool publishes practical tool pages and educational guides. This policy explains how content is created, reviewed, updated, and separated from advertising or automated assistance.

This policy is currently maintained in English and Arabic. Other language versions are not indexed until reviewed translations are ready.

Purpose and scope

Our content exists to help people complete text, formatting, encoding, writing, and AI-assisted tasks safely and clearly. We avoid unsupported ranking promises, invented statistics, fake reviews, and claims that cannot be checked.

How content is created

Pages are planned around a real user task, tested in the matching FoundSchool tool when possible, and written in plain language. Articles should explain limitations, show practical examples, and link to relevant tools or official references when the topic depends on external rules.

Human editorial responsibility

Automation and AI may assist with drafts, outlines, translation support, or grammar cleanup, but a FoundSchool editor remains responsible for what is published. We do not create fake authors, fake expert credentials, or invisible review claims.

Review and update cycle

Content is reviewed when a tool changes, when a user reports an issue, when an external reference changes, or during scheduled quality reviews. Dates are updated only for meaningful edits, not for cosmetic changes or automated freshness signals.

Advertising and independence

Advertising, affiliate relationships, or monetization settings must not change the factual content of a guide. Tool recommendations should be based on relevance to the task, not on a paid placement unless it is clearly labeled.
